Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide an AI video service that creates videos, including rap-style performances and video effects, from uploaded images and supported generation settings. Generation uses third-party AI providers. Results may contain errors or unexpected material; review them before using or sharing them. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use or a security concern through the contact address below.

Acceptable Use Policy

These rules apply to uploads, instructions, generated videos and audio, and use or distribution of the results. Do not use the service to create, upload, request, or distribute:

• Pornography or NSFW content: sexually explicit material, sexual acts, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Violence or gore: graphic violence, gore, torture, or material encouraging or glorifying serious harm.
• Hate speech: material attacking or dehumanizing people based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity, or inciting discrimination or violence against them.
• Child-unsafe content or child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any material that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor, including synthetic or AI-generated depictions, or facilitates such abuse.
• Deepfake or impersonation abuse: deceptive or unauthorized impersonation of a real person, including fabricated statements, actions, endorsements, or intimate depictions. Do not use someone's face or voice to commit fraud, harass, defame, or mislead viewers. Do not present AI-generated performances as authentic recordings of events or statements that did not occur.
• Copyright or trademark infringement: material using another party's protected images, video, audio, music, characters, branding, or other work without the rights or permission required for that use.

You must own or have the necessary permission to upload and process your source material. Obtain authorization to use another person's image, likeness, or voice; uploading material does not establish that authorization. Permission does not override the prohibited-content rules above. You remain responsible for reviewing the result and respecting others' privacy, publicity, and intellectual property rights when sharing it.

You must also comply with applicable laws. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass safety controls, disrupt the service, or use it to spread spam, malware, or other harmful material.

Safety Checks and Handling Violations

For text-based generation workflows, we send the final text prompt to Waffo Prompt Screening and proceed only with an allow verdict. Blocked requests do not generate; pending review or unavailable checks require trying again later. These requests do not consume generation credits. This text check does not screen uploaded images or generated outputs. Our standard SeeAPI model-generation path also requests the provider's upstream NSFW check. This is a provider-side safety measure, not a guarantee that every prohibited input or output will be detected. We do not represent that every prompt or result receives independent human review. Users must follow the rules above regardless of whether a request passes a technical check.

Reports can be reviewed by the service operator through email and the existing support-ticket system. The operator can ask for relevant task details or clarification and respond through those channels. If a violation is confirmed, we may require the prohibited use to stop, decline further provision of the related service, or suspend or terminate access under these Terms. Any handling of unlawful material or requests from authorities will be subject to applicable law. These terms do not promise automatic detection or a fixed response time.

Reports and Appeals

Email laoliuliu157@gmail.com to report prohibited content or appeal a handling decision; no account or login is required to email us. Signed-in users may also use support tickets.

Include the relevant task ID or page/content link, a short explanation of the concern or decision, and information showing your connection to the matter where relevant. For an intellectual property report, identify the work or mark and your ownership or authority to report it. For an appeal, reference the earlier report or decision and explain what you believe was incorrect. We can request clarification needed to assess the matter.

Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or copies of illegal material. For suspected child sexual abuse material, provide only a task reference or link and a brief description; do not download, copy, or attach the material.

Payment and Billing

The current storefront offers one-time prepaid credit packs for video generation, not recurring subscriptions. Buying a credit pack does not authorize automatic renewal or recurring charges. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. The refund policy below applies to these purchases.

Hotel Lobby generates at 768P and costs 100 credits per video. Output duration may vary.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the entire purchased credit pack remains unused. Once any credits from that pack have been consumed, the pack is generally not eligible for a cash refund. Verified duplicate charges are refunded. These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

When a generation task is confirmed failed or canceled before completion, the credits charged for that task are restored. Stopping your wait does not confirm that the provider canceled the job. Credit restoration is separate from a cash refund and does not itself reverse a payment. Subjective dissatisfaction with a completed AI result does not generally qualify consumed credits for a cash refund, without affecting applicable statutory rights.

To request a refund, email laoliuliu157@gmail.com within the applicable window with your order number, purchase date, account email, and reason. Do not include card details or passwords. We review payment records and whether the purchased pack was used; cash refunds are processed manually, using the original payment method where supported. Processing and arrival depend on the payment provider and your financial institution; we do not guarantee a fixed settlement time.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This does not grant rights in third-party material. Your uploads and use of generated results must comply with the permissions and acceptable-use rules above.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and contact us about closing your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
